Registration:

Applications in the prescribed format and the registration fee as given below in the form of a DD, drawn in favor of �ELPES-III, NIT Rourkela� payable at SBI, NIT Branch, Rourkela � 769008 (Branch Code � 2109) must reach the Chairman/Convener on or before September 30th, 2015. Registration fee includes workshop kit, tea and lunch.

The Participation Fee is : Rs. 1500/- per participant

All participants are required to meet the lodging and other expenses on their own. However, local guest house accommodation (on payment) will be arranged on request.

Note:

Once registration is done, it will not be cancelled and also the amount will not be returned. However, the registered participant can depute any other participant to attend the workshop with authorization letter.
